Analyzing how the US treats crimes against humanity as something that only exists in war-torn and third world countries, but often has similar problems itself, particularly in the form of police brutality, family separation at the border, and extremism and white supremacy. The article assesses how the international law addresses these crimes, and how the United States could potentially implement these laws into its policy.
